Study On The Evaluation Of Land Use Efficiency In Langfang City

With rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the scarcity of land resources result in growing contradictions between supply and demand. More and more problems appear in land use, improving of land use efficiency and sustainable using of land resources become the main topics of theory and practice. In order to improve the overall efficiency of land use, we must understand and grasp related informations of land use, issues and impact. It gives vast developing space to the study on the evaluation of land use efficiency.Making actual land use situation and economic social development as a basis, this paper discusses the evaluation of land use efficiency from the theoretical and empirical aspects. It includs six parts: Part one elaborates the background, target and significance of thesis, relative research, content and the research framework; Part two discusses the theoretical basis for the evaluation of land use efficiency; Part three constructs the comprehensive index systems of land use efficiency evaluation by analysing land use efficiency evaluation procedures and steps; Part four makes the synthetical evaluation of land use efficiency in Langfang City based on the analyses of land use situation; Part five gives some suggestions and measures on land use for Langfang City; Part six makes a summary of the paper and lays out the achievements and shortages of this paper.The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in: constructing the comprehensive index systems of land use efficiency evaluation by analysing relevant theoretical basis and discussing connotation and extension of land use efficiency evaluation, enrich and develop the theoretical research of land use; making the synthetical evaluation of land use efficiency in Langfang City based on the analyses of land use situation, revealing achievements and problems in land use and providing the scientific basis for rational use of land.
