Study On Evaluation To Integrative Efficiency Of Land Use In Liuzhou City

Along with the growing industrialization and urbanization, the contradictionbetween the Demand and Supply of land is becoming serious day by day. Tooptimizing allocation of land resource, enhancing land use efficiency is the key toresolves the above-mentioned problem. Enhancing land use efficiency is an importantway to promote the social society, ecologic and economical benefit of land use.This research begins with the relationship between people and land and with theconcept of sustainable development. Then, it carries on the appraisal to the integratedbenefit of land utilization of Liuzhou from 2003 to 2005 through the DSR-basedmodel of the evaluation system. And on this basis, with the help of ESDA theory andmethod, it does analysis to land use benefits of space differences. Through theanalysis, combining with the actual situation of the area, it gives opinions and thesuggestions to enhancing the integrated benefit of land utilization. The major researchconclusion of this paper has:(1)Build the DSR-based model of comprehensive evaluation on land use. Land useefficiency is the arrangement, usage and optimization of the quantity and quality ofland at space and time, which brings the effects on one region including ecologic,economic and social ones. And based on the conclusion we build the index system ofcomprehensive evaluation of land use, and illustrate the meanings of all indictors.(2)The paper bases on the assessment model, applies the method of AHP to confirmthe index weight, then computes the integrated benefit of each land unit, and makes acomparative analysis both from time and space. The computation result demonstratesthat, the integrated benefit of land utilization in Liuzhou belongs to the middle level.(3)Based on the theory and the method of ESDA, analyzing the space difference aboutcomprehensive effect of utilization of the Land in Liuzhou, the law and the realisticsignificance of distribution in space was explored. The result shows that theresearching region has some positive space effect to each other, but the diffusingeffect isn't remarkable and the coverage is limitable, which has not formed the bigradiation effect to the peripheral locality.(4)Based on the assessment results and the analysis of spatial variability, on theperspective of sustainable development, improving the integrated benefit of landutilization in Liuzhou, relies on science and technology. Specifically may obtain fromfollowing several aspects: to strengthen the government's responsibility and improvethe land system; according to the market economy means to optimize the allocation ofland resources; to intensify land consolidation and reclamation; to improve theexisting assessment system and other means to enhance the integrated benefit of landuse in Liuzhou.
