Power supply enterprise human resources management training has been one of the important contents. Actively and effectively carry out enterprise workers training and improve the laid-off workers in professional knowledge and skills levels, is to guarantee the power supply enterprises an important prerequisite for the smooth operation, but also ensure continuous power supply enterprise healthy development.From human resources training for enterprise development significance , in the light of human resources training on the status at home and abroad, combined with professional training of human resources evaluation, described the "10th Five-Year Plan" period of Chengde power company human resources and training initiatives,To evaluate training effectiveness. In this paper, Keshi four assessment model, using different methods to evaluate various levels, respectively, through training after the results of that training of human resources to evaluate effects of the necessity and importance.
