Zhejiang is a province of large energy consumption. Road transport service industry is also a lot of problems, which is also lagging far behind from community transport services "quantity" and "quality".Researched through domestic and international road transport industry and energy-saving and emission reduction methods and combined with road transport service industry's real situation in Zhejiang Province, we worked to do Systems analysis in Zhejiang Province, It revealed energy-saving work of the existing problems and reasons. On this basis, the paper respectively established of a maintenance and driver training industry of the energy industry evaluation targets systems. Energy-saving enterprises can come to evaluate the emission reduction targets of the score means.
