In recent years, the car market competition is more and more stiff, the car manufacturing enterprise has to develop new product to adapt the competition. Recently, the world's various vehicle manufacturing enterprises utilize the modern ways of project management on new product development to shorten the development cycle of products, reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article analyzed domestic car market environments and characteristics, the current market demand and car model'development conditions, analyzed the project management ways during the development of new product. It mainly researched the project scope management and time management of H30 cross car model, the control of the car project deliverables,the WBS of car model project, critical path, scope control method,project planning,monitoring and controlling. At the end of the article, a specific summary was made, and made sure the following car model projects can learn the lessons from it.
