Study On Process Management For The Lean Product Project

As global economic integration of the sustainable development of the increasingly fierce market competition, the electronic manufacturing industry has entered a meager profit era, so the cost management is facing severe challenges. Many enterprises have chosen to control and reduce supplier costs in order to continuously enhance the competitiveness of their products. However, the actual implementation process of controlling the total cost, due to the lack of project management concept, is not reached a corresponding result.Based on project process management theory, including implement lean thinking in product project management, customer target driving, product life management and activity-based costing and value guide and the process methods, we identify the resource-cost-quality model during manufactory procedure, to reduce energy waste, improve unit prophit, to produce lean products. A project example from working experience show"Make to Order"and"Unit Production"implement in Lean Product project, and to guide on reducing energy waste, improving prophit and company competitive advantage, and also guide on the manufactory sustainable developing in the global manufacturing industry.
