Analysis On The Loan Problem Of Shanghai Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

It is pointed out explicitly that we must solve the problems of agriculture, countries and peasants at the Party's Seventeenth Congress. It is related to the overall well-off society and must always be the top priority of all works of the party. It is important to implement the party's 17th congress of the new rural spirit construction, the work focuses on governments, financial management departments and financial institutions at all levels, and the important parts to build a harmonious socialist society to enhance financial services for the development of villagers, countryside and agriculture. Shanghai is leader in modernization and contains high level of urbanization and a small proportion of agricultural. The development of modern agriculture will be the important embodiment of industry coordinated development as well as the important foundation to improve urban and rural people's life quality and it also reflects the strength of Shanghai . During the development of modern agriculture, capital is one of the important production factors. The lack of the capital will influence agricultural production directly. Agricultural loan will be one of the main ways to solve the financial matter. In this paper, the author chooses the problem loan of farmer specialized cooperatives– a new type economic cooperative organization at Shanghai suburb as a breakthrough. Then, the author analyses the problems and reasons of agricultural loans in the process of agriculture modernization and provides some relevant measures and suggestions based on the advanced experiences at home and abroad. This paper focuses on analyzing the internal and external causes of Shanghai farmer specialized cooperatives'problem loan, studies the experience of solving problem loan of farmer specialized cooperatives at home and abroad and also provides some solutions to these problems. The author hopes this paper could have some practical application value for boosting the development of Shanghai farmer specialized cooperatives, realizing Shanghai agriculture modernization, new rural construction and increasing farmers'income.
