The thesis takes the international aerospace manufacturing supply chain as research background .On the other hand takes the supply chain risk assessment and management model as objectives. After making the risk analysis on aerospace manufacturing industry, the paper ambition is to build a risk assessment and management model for"A"company's risk validation. The paper uses SCOR model to analyze"A"company's process and summarizes all benchmark characters and use AHP and LT methods to take the key performance indicators. In order to track"A"company's performance more efficiency, the paper builds the Balanced Scorecard. In order to track the delivery performance for"A"company, the paper takes advantage of P-control chart to improve the performance tracking for factories' delivery risks. After building the risk assessment model, the paper also discusses about improvement for some processes, such as standardizing the report format by using DMAIC method and organizational revolution to increase the issue solving problem .The paper also improves the forecast method for"A"company to improve the forecasting accuracy.Chapter I: The paper takes a brief introduction to the international Aerospace manufacturing industry's current status as background, also introduce about research objective is to build risk assessment model of the international Aerospace supply chain.Chapter II: After summarizing the local and foreign scholars' research document and view, the paper let us know about the origin and development of supply chain risk, supply chain risk type, the current business situation and supply chain risk control methods, also introduce about existing mainstream supply chain risk assessment system model and the performance factors' calculation, About the process improvement, the paper take focus on Six Sigma. From this chapter, we cumulate the theories needed to build supply chain performance assessment model for"A"company.Chapter III: In this chapter, the author take a keep analysis about international Aerospace industry's features--international background, technology-intensive, high value-added etc. describes the current mainstream international aviation manufacturing industries. Through the aviation industry on the middle and lower reaches of the value chain analysis, value chain, we have summarized the risks, the risk of supply chain for the next chapter's revolution. Chapter IV: Take"A"company as an example; the author supports A company to build an international supply chain risk model. Key performance indicators with the A model performance evaluation model of supply chain planning, using the SCOR model to analyze the process from"A"company and summarize indicators. with the AHP weighting method and the linear combination to select key performance indicators and use "Balanced Scorecard card" to track the performance of the company and model structures. In order to support the company with more effective risk prevention and proposed the use of count-based tool for P-type control chart control charts to improve the delivery tracking system.Chapter V: This Chapter's focus is to do the improvement in executive field. The author use Six Sigma DMAIC tools to improve supply chain performance evaluation system reports and use qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve supply chain performance evaluation. In addition, the organization is another key factor to affect the success of supply chain, we also carried out some changes to change static organizational structure to be a dynamic one and build function meeting to improve supply chain issues process and improve efficiency. Finally, to do research on company forecasting methods, the use of least-squares method to determine the trend equation, based on factor analysis of the seasonal moving average to remove seasonal factors, resulting in improved accuracy to improve the supply plan performance.Chapter VI: Summary and outlook of this article. In reality, after rectification,"A"company's existing performance evaluation system has been updated to be a very standard level and the factories' performance management system and reporting system operates very well. The supply chain risk assessment model enhanced the ability of supply chain risks and problems that prevent agility. Through the organizational structure of the upgrade, the processing time for issue solving shorts a lot and as well as improve business process performance.
