| Aerospace enterprises have undertaken the strategic tasks of national space industry development. Their overall risk managements are different from general business. However, the existing literatures about overall risk management system of aerospace enterprises are very rare. Therefore, it is of significance to make an intensive study of the overall risk management system of aerospace enterprises no matter theoretically or practically. On this purpose, this article use literature analysis, theoretical analysis and case analysis to integrate the practical construction of aerospace inertia enterprise risk system, through the use of theoretically basis, summarize current status and explore issues to process the research on aerospace enterprise overall risk management system construction, bring out the solutions and management suggestions that according to aerospace enterprise's actual need. It will be useful for the whole aerospace system risk management system construction's reference.Firstly, this article summarizes the current research status of risk management both at home and aboard in a systematic way, which the illustration of the intension of enterprise risk management and evaluation model; the feature, significance, target, basic procedure and method of aerospace enterprise risk management system are based on. The theoretical basis of this article, it is provide the theoretical support and guidance for what follows in the article.Secondly, this article consolidates the aerospace inertia enterprise risk management system, describe, summarize and analyze the current status of aerospace enterprise risk management. After doing the research on ten material risk of aerospace enterprise one by one, the article reveals the problems of aerospace enterprise risk system structure in three different ways, which is strategy system, internal control and risk management. It shows the strategy planning is lack of coordination, the internal environment and management mechanisms needs to be improved, unsmooth in information transmit and lack of professionals.Lastly, this article bring forward the measurement and suggestion of integration the aerospace inertia enterprise risk management system from the following areas, method and technology, system and people, strategy and ideology systematically.
