With the advancement of global economic integration and intensifying uncertainty of the external environment, competitions among enterprises are getting fiercer. And talents are the ultimate factors in the race. The objective of this paper is to reveal the way of improving employee innovation and hence, facilitating enterprises in gaining initiatives. This paper studies the influence of organizational justice on employee innovation, mediate effect of organizational innovation climate. After exploring the relationship among all variables, this paper will offer feasible suggestions on how to become a more competitive enterprise.After a thorough review and display of the background, rationale and framework, this paper summarizes relevant theories and describes following concepts in detail: organizational justice, employee innovation, the influence of organizational innovation climate and possible influential factors. Thereafter, according to China's cultural background, we have designed a questionnaire with reference to related classic ones home and abroad. The survey is conducted in companies located in economic and technical development zones of Shanghai and Zhejiang Province. Empirical research, concerning the relationship between organizational justice, employee innovation and organizational innovation climate, is made on the basis of 437 valid questionnaires. Main findings are arrived in the following two aspects: firstly, organizational justice has a positive relation with employee innovation, especially in process justice. The organizational innovation climate has an adjustive function in organizational justice and employee innovation. Moreover, this function is stronger within medium-and-high-level organizational innovation climate. In conclusion, this paper proposes ways of improving employee innovation and predicts foreground of the present research.
