Along with the Toyota Motor Corporation in the past 30 years the concern in the world after the result, Europe and the United States to study Toyota company's secret of success. Lean production is to sum up the essence of the Toyota production system. Lean production the management, in recent years in the whole world gets more and more extensive application. How to implement the lean production, lean production in the import process need to face and solve the problem of how to implement the lean production, in the process of how to reduce the cost and improve the quality of staff, establish lean production system to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and so on are the majority of China's manufacturing enterprises need to solve the problem. This article will through drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research results of lean production, linking theory with practice to improve the way the case for mobile phone camera module manufacturing enterprises how to lean into production, lean production system to establish the enterprise to implement the lean production research. This article first introduced the research background and the significance, the domestic enterprises and OEM mobile phone camera module YX company to implement lean production necessity are discussed, introduces the origin and development of lean production, the concept and principle are described, as well as the domestic and foreign application problems. According to the principles and methods of lean production and the actual work from production site specific data, analysed YX company in the production site, the production process, logistics management and other aspects of the existing problems and waste. And through the production line balance of production, process improvement, to improve inventory management, dust-free workshop 5S improvement, compared with and without the implementation of lean production before the company YX production line balancing was improved, product manufacturing process reengineering, a reasonable optimization, shorten the manufacturing cycle, avoids the process should not be some waste, inventory turnover has been reduced, saving the amount of inventory. Set up the 5S management system, on the production site of the old management issues are not in place to resolve. And continuously adhere to improve efficiency, achieve the production process greatly improves production site and continuous improvement. Through the lean production in YX company practice and beneficial results, proved the implementation of lean production is to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and thus improve the management level and competitiveness.
