First of all, this paper analyzed the background of Chinese automobile industry and the general situation of lean, and then based on the integrated results of the study of several Chinese automobile enterprises; the conclusions indicated that some automobile enterprises had built their own lean production system. However, during the learning Toyota and improving the lean level, we found that we urgently need the tools and methods for Standard Time and Quality Kaizen. Then had empirical research on Standard Time and Quality Kaizen,in B Corporation and S engine plant respectively. Above all, this paper would construct the framework of Lean Production which was suitable for Chinese automobile enterprises.This paper selected Body shop of Corporation B to study Standard Time, and proposed solutions for point time division and data processing. After analyzing the process numbered EB-30-A using three different ways: Stopwatch Study, MTM-1 and MTM-UAS, this paper constructed a new MTM-UAS-W system which achieved the same accuracy with MTM-1 and the better convenience than MTM-UAS.This paper also designed a MTM-UAS-W time management system for body shop using software Visual Basic. And then, this paper summarized the integration methods for different Time Study situations. Finally, designed a math optimization model for placing of sanders, and calculated the optimization solution using software Matlab, which would lead the takt time reach down to 330s from 347s.To study Quality Kaizen, this paper selected Connecting Rod machining line of S engine plant as the object, introduced the process to solve the abnormal sound of 650 engines using the DMAIC method, and then proposed that Quality Assurance Department should take part in product design and make good use of Poka-yoke. Finally, proposed framework of quality knowledge base by idea of TRIZ.This paper introduced the process of lean localization by taking Corporation F as an example. Through building leading team for Continue Improvement, authorizing quality continuous groups to carry out Continue Improvement activities and expanding Continue Improvement activities to the whole product life cycle, it would become possible for the formation of enterprise culture of Continue Improvement. Finally, with ending of huge profit age of Chinese automobile industry, Lean Production should be placed on the crucial role. What's more, localization lean production system will be improved step by step.
