Since the20th century, growing number of enterprise began to focus on thecompany culture, but most of them follow others blindly. Actually, core competitivepower is enhanced by company culture through its function, and then the sustained andhealthy development of the company is promoted. Practice of the development ofChina and foreign countries verifies that who have the advantages of company culture,will have an advantage of development. Currently, company culture building hasbecome an inherent requirement of enterprise development. It is the source of strengthto improve corporate management, increase the overall quality of employees andenterprises, and promote business innovation. Company culture is also the basicstrategy of the enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises andensure its survival and development.Take the example of China South Industries Group Corporation,the paperanalyzes the culture deeply. After evaluating the company culture's grade by buildinga fuzzy assessment method it offers the system of rebuilding the company culture.Then it offers the right steps and safeguards to perform the culture.First, the paper introduces the theoretical results of previous studies and therelated theory of company culture.Second, discusses the relationship between the core competitive power and thecompany culture, it makes an analysis of the role of company culture in corecompetitive power.Then, an evaluation system based on the core competitive power and thequantitative model draw support fuzzy mathematics theory are established. The nextstep is the empirical research, it takes China South Industries Group Corporation asthe research object. This chapter makes an evaluation to the situation of the companyculture with the quantitative model after the analysis of existing company cultures,and the final score is obtained. Finally, after the chapter's research above, take the example of China SouthIndustries Group Corporation, chapter VI offers the comprehensive program of thecompany culture based on the core competitive power, and the measures and specificsecurity policies is given. Enterprises should pay attention to factors of their owncompetitive advantages when they build the culture system, comprehensively designthe steps and means to promote the implementation of corporate culture.
