In 20 centuries, more and more excellent corporations pay more attentions to the corporate culture. But they may ignore the real reason. Only develop the companies'competitive power, can the culture play the role.The author researches the reason of building corporation culture based on other research. Then he submits that the company should build their own culture to promote its core competitive power. After designing a assessment indexes system of corporation culture the author builds a corporation culture assessment model using the fuzzy math theory.Keshuo technology corporate is observed by the research. The author uses the assessment model he builds to test the company's culture and tells that the grades of this company is only59. The grads is so weak in all kinds of corporation culture.At last the author gives some advices to the observed company to build and improve its own corporation culture system., also with the roads and methods of policies.In short, to implement corporate culture the enterprises must not blindly follow others. And they should always build the culture system according their own competitive advantage, especially pay more attention to the perfomence of the culture.
