Study On The Selection Of Key Preformance Index Of The Innovation Enterprise Based On The Broadband Compensation

With the development of enterprises, broadband compensation system is used bymore and more innovative enterprises, it has played a very important role on arousing theenthusiasm of employees and selecting excellent staff. In the system, enterprises savemanagement cost and fully motivate the employees' working enthusiasm. Broadbandcompensation system is very strict to scientific and accuracy of performance evaluation,only if evaluation out the achievement of our employees accurately, it will be easy to findthe corresponding compensation level at its broadband compensation system, and the keyperformance index is the key to the whole assessment process, it has the vital significanceto establish a set of KPI system applying to this compensation for assessing staffaccurately. This paper based on the characteristics of the broadband compensation system,analyzes the factors of influence broadband compensation, selects the key performanceindex from the qualitative and quantitative aspects, and makes theory and empiricalcombination to research the key performance index choice of broadband compensationsystem.The paper introduces the present situation of the research on broadbandcompensation system and key performance index, and brings in the relevant theory. It isbased on the comprehensive analysis on research achievements of domestic andinternational related scholars, the paper presents the research contents, thinking andmethods. Through to the construction of key performance index of broadbandcompensation system, and points out the reasons for causes of the system construction,and combining with employees incentive factors, shows the importance of the reasonablekey performance index.After making the characteristics of broadband compensation system clear, the paperanalyzes the influence about broadband compensation system from morality, ability,performance aspects, and finds out the main driving factors, using the PCA and the AHP in the decomposition of qualitative and quantitative key performance index. The paper setsan example to prove the rationality of the key performance index, ensure the operabilityand scientificalness of the index. Meanwhile, it integrates some measures to make sureindex accurately used in the assessment and problems that should be paid attention to.
