The main purpose of this paper is to find a construction method of profit model ofinternational e-commerce which makes the manufacturing enterprises obtain the lastingcompetitiveness. This paper establishes the evaluation indicator system and evaluates itthrough quantitative method. The paper puts forward the basis thought of the constructionmethod of profit model of international e-commerce for our manufacturing enterprises. Ituses lots of research methods, such as the PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, valuechain analysis and factor analysis.Firstly, the paper introduces the research background, significance and relative basictheories; it also analyzes the development situation of the international e-commerce of thedomestic and foreign enterprises. The paper highlights the strength of the electronicapplication in foreign enterprises and analyzes the development of the internationale-commerce of the domestic enterprises. Through the discussion and comparation betweendomestic ones and foreign ones, the paper proposes the problems of the internationale-commerce among the domestic manufacturing enterprises.Secondly, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the micro-environment,industry environment and the internal aspects and establishes the evaluation indicatorsystem of the profit model of the international e-commerce for the manufacturingenterprises.Thirdly, the paper sorts the data and makes the descriptive statistics and tests it. Itclassifies the indicators through the factor analysis, and then proposes the basic thought ofconstruction method of the profit model of the international e-commerce.Finally, the paper analyzes the situation of the international e-commerce profit modelof Dongfang Medical Co., Ltd,proposes a new profit model for it according to the basicthought and provides the optimization suggestions and safeguard measures.
