With the gradual improvement of information technology,the Internet has laid a firm foundation for the development of e-commerce.As of December 2017,the total number of Internet users in China was 772 million,and the Internet penetration rate was over half.The entire e-commerce industry continued to maintain rapid development.However,in recent years,e-commerce has encountered some bottlenecks while developing.The continuous increase in online customer acquisition costs and the continued decline in offline performance have prompted many companies to try to find a more suitable profit model through the transformation of 020 business model,but in the process of transformation,most companies have excessive attention to immediate interests and thus lead to profitability.Good situation.In order to better carry out 020 transformation,e-commerce companies are currently waiting for a lot of effective experience to provide reference for their transformation and help their transformation success.Combined with the above background,this article takes the e-commerce giant Jingdong as an example.After expounding the research on 020 and profit model at home and abroad and related theories,starting from the current situation and problems of 020 development in e-commerce industry,we first introduce the current Jingdong The profit model was then analyzed for its financial effects.In the financial analysis session,not only innovatively used three non-financial indicators of customer satisfaction,market share and innovation ability for supplementary analysis,but also compared Jingdong's profit model with competitor Suning's profit model.Through the research on Jingdong's current profit model,this paper finds that Jingdong's innovative two-line+ logistics model profit model has a certain impact on its profitability,but its close integration with 020's transformational profit model has opened up more during the transition period.The market has improved its competitiveness and laid a good foundation for development in the long run.At this stage,Jingdong should slow down its development steps,first solve the problems arising from its current profit model,and adjust its profit model by building its own brand and improving its payment methods and communication system.Combined with the experience of Jingdong's transformation,this paper believes that the e-commerce industry should be cautiously fransformed during the transition,pay more attention to risks,and focus on the control of consumer demand while promoting its two-line harmonious development.
