As the market changes,it's very difficult for the company to exist and thrive.With the development of the internet,consumers' demands for products are constantly increasing.More and more consumers focus on customization of products,and pay more attention to product design participation.At present,consumers are no longer satisfied with the "yes" of products,but want to "good,personality",which puts forward stricter requirements for products provided by businesses to consumers.At the same time,the country's economy has also fully opened the "transition" period-the real economy to the real economy Internet transformation.In addition,the rapid growth of technology and network is also an opportunity for enterprises to change their profit model.Choosing an appropriate profit model is a magic weapon for enterprises to keep a place in the fierce market competition.It is the general trend that C2 B e-commerce profit model will be widely used in the future.Taking Haier as an example,this paper uses literature research methods to analyze the profit model of Haier C2 B e-commerce.Firstly,this paper combs the domestic and foreign research literature on profit model,e-commerce profit model and C2 B e-commerce profit model,briefly introduces C2 B e-commerce,and summarizes the analysis framework of C2 B e-commerce profit model value creation structure theory and five elements theory.Secondly,combined with Haier's case,this paper makes a vertical analysis of Haier's C2 B e-commerce profit model from the two dimensions of value creation structure and elements of e-commerce profit model.Thirdly,this paper chooses the top three enterprises in China's top 500 household appliances enterprises,including Haier,to make a horizontal comparative analysis.Finally,this paper analyses the advantages of applying C2 B e-commerce profit model in Haier,points out its shortcomings and solutions,and summarizes the enlightenment and research conclusions obtained through Haier case.Through Haier's case analysis,we can see that in the current economic system and network technology environment,C2 B e-commerce profit model is bound to become the first mode for enterprises to apply in the future.Whether from the transformation of consumer demand,the cycle of national economic development,or the pace of scientific and technological development,C2 B e-commerce profit model should be considered and adopted in the future development of enterprises.This paperstudies Haier's C2 B e-commerce profit model with the framework of value creation structure and constituent elements.On the one hand,it enriches the research results of C2 B e-commerce profit model,and provides ideas for future similar research.On the other hand,through the analysis of Haier's case,the advantages of C2 B e-commerce profit model in terms of customer scope,income sources,cost control and other aspects as well as the areas needing improvement are obtained.It provides a template for similar enterprises to apply this profit model,and provides case evidence for the promotion and use of C2 B e-commerce profit model and plays a certain role in promoting it.
