Construction And Evaluation Of Modern Integrated Logistics Of Jiangsu Province

Modern logistics industry has been widely considered as the important source of profit,besides of the reduction of material consumption and the improvement of labor productivity.It does not only play a basic role to regional economic development,but also influences and restricts the operation of the regional economic efficiency.With the development of economic globalization,the importance of the regional logistics industry is more and more prominent.As the faster economic development in Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta and the Bohai regions, they have understood the modern logistics industry is important for optimizing the economic structure,improving overall competitiveness.Therefore,how to deal with the logistics of the overall regional development,will become an issue.Based on this situation,this paper takes an example of Jiangsu Province.Firstly, On the theory of modern logistics,logistics of regional logistics and regional integration,the necessary of the implementation of integrated logistics analysed by the method of economic forecasts,such as SWOT analysis,smoothness index, regression analysis,and the gray system,and combined by the Microsoft Excel and Matlab software.Secondly,by the reference,the integrated development of logistics in Jiangsu ideas and integrated development model is raised.Finally,based on some research,the integrated development of Jiangsu's five-level target,the target 15 secondary evaluation system is designed.This article focuses on the build of the integration of logistics and the comprehensive evaluation research on the degree of integration.It is focused on strengthening the infrastructure in Jiangsu logistics platform,logistics platform and logistics information platform construction policy in the former,and the design of set of evaluation system and the formulation of the corresponding evaluation criteria in the later.In this paper,the innovation firstly embodied in the proposed the Nanjing, Suzhou,Xuzhou for growth,at the promoter region of its port logistics, manufacturing logistics and business logistics as their focus of development to move forward with the integration of logistics development model respectively.Secondly in the integrated evaluation of the logistics,by the use of Delphi,General fuzzy entropy weight method as well as software Excel launched its combination of quantitative and qualitative research,a more objective results is drew and the foundation of a viable theory is laid.
