The Analysis On Comprehensive Benefit Of Land Use And Coordination Degree Of Luoyang

With the continuous development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the populationincrease and the economic development place an ever-increasing demand for land and higher requirementsfor the utilization benefit of urban land. As an important city in Henan Province, Luoyang is faced with theunprecedented pressure of land resources. Therefore, it has important practical significance andfar-reaching historic significance to analyze the comprehensive benefit evaluation and the coordinationdegree of land utilization in Luoyang and discover the dynamic variation laws and the regional features ofland utilization for the promotion of land resources intensive utilization and land use structure optimization,the provision of scientific basis for the coordination of urban economy, society, harmoniouseco-environment development, and the rational planning and the development direction of future urbanland utilization in Luoyang.The thesis falls into seven parts.Part One is the introduction. First, research background and significance are given. Second, literaturereview of relevant studies in and abroad is summarized. Finally, research content and technology roadmapare introduced.The second part is about fundamental concepts and theoretical basis. With the introduction of theconcepts of land use economic benefit, social benefit, ecological benefit, environmental benefit, thefundamental connotation of land utilization comprehensive benefit evaluation is put forward, and on thisbasis the theoretical basis of land demand-supply theory, system theory, land location theory, man-landrelationship theory, sustainable land utilization theory and urbanization theory.The third part focuses on the evaluation methods of land utilization comprehensive benefit. Theprinciples of indicator system construction and the methods of indicator screening are introduced. Based onthese principles and methods, twenty-two indicators, such as economic benefit, social benefit, ecologicalbenefit and environmental benefit, are selected to establish land utilization comprehensive benefit indicatorsystem of Luoyang. Standardization and weight calculation method are determined. The land utilizationcomprehensive benefit evaluation model and the coordination degree model are employed for evaluationanalysis. Part Four elaborates on land utilization analysis of Luoyang. The regional introduction of Luoyang isgiven from the perspectives of nature, social economy and ecological environment. GIS is used to make aquantitative and spatial comparative analysis of land utilization. Finally, the problems of land utilization ofresearched region are discovered and put forward.The fifth part centers on the land utilization comprehensive benefit evaluation of Luoyang. Landutilization comprehensive benefit model is made use of to work out the four benefit types and thecomprehensive benefit of land utilization in Luoyang. A comparative analysis is done to conclude itsdevelopment laws and tendency. The analysis of the relationship of all benefit types and the comprehensivebenefit in the research time series via coordination degree model is given.In Part Six, countermeasure suggestions of land utilization comprehensive benefit are put forward.Based on the conclusions of the analysis and research, five countermeasures and suggestions are offered forthe improvement of land utilization comprehensive benefit of the researched region.Part Seven is the conclusion. The major research conclusions of the thesis are summarized and itsproblems that need further research are pointed out.
