The Regional PRED System Study Of Comprehensive Coordination Degree Based On The Restriction Of Land Resources

The coordination of Regional population, Resource,environment and economic development is a major issue for regional research. With the development of an unprecedented,rapid population growth, Reduction on arable land, the rapid expansion of urban construction land, the breadth and intensity of human activities increase,the relationship of human and natural environment becomed disorder and the scarcity of land resources becomes more and more significant. The research of the coordination of PRED system from the perspective of land resources,is not only the needs of land resources development, but also the implementation of the new period of sustainable development thought necessary requirement, has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance. Select Yichun City of Jiangxi Province for this paper as a study area, the land resource for case study.This Paper describes the relevant regional PRED system theory, as well as reviews envovlement on theory for the region PRED systematic research from dometic and overseas area,now the research focuse greatly on regional PRED system resources and the environment more fragile for the area, the selection factors of limited the regional PRED coordinated development is water resources, few studies on the relationship between land resources and regional PRED. In response to these problems, the paper combined the regional PRED system development and utilization of land resources as a starting point, and established the corresponding index system and use system dynamics to predicted .First, make sure that the ideas and framework for this. based on the basic theory and methods of regional PRED system.Collected the population, resources, environment and economic development information of Yichun City, in this base, analysis the current situation of Yichun's PRED system, the results indicates that there are some problems of the current population resources, environment and industrial structure in Yichun City,.Secondly, introduced a theory of system dynamics and operation mechanism, and established Yichun City PRED model based on the constraint of land resources ,in the characteristics of land use change and driving force mechanism analysis , make the use of the principles and methods of system dynamics ,analysied the land resources and PRED system feedback mechanisms, the causal relationship analysis, drawed the flow chart system architecture, and applying computer software into validate the model and simulation.Finally, for the situation of Yichun City PRED development, according to the different system control variables, under the full consideration of land resources and social, economic, environmental and other factors, this paper presents five programs , followed by simulating and discussing this five programs respectively and putting forward some suggestions.
