Evaluation On Coordination Degree Between Land Use And Socio-economic

It is very significant of coordination degree evaluation to instruct land use and socio-economic. In thisstudy， the index system and the model of comprehensive evaluation is constructed with reference to theconcepts of coordination degree and coordinated degree development. Based on those， the quantitativeassessment are made for the relative degree of coordination，absolute degree of coordination and coordinateddevelopment degree between land use and socio-economic of Gulang County from2000to2008. The followingconclusions:(1)The relative coordination belonged to the model of rapid economic development in2001,2002and2006，land use lags in2003and rapid land-use development from2004to2005and from2007to2008.Therelative coordination changed in a great magnitude from2000to2008. Land use and social economicdevelopment is not exactly the same in the corresponding period of speed and direction.(2)The grade of absolute coordination degree was high. It belonged to the model of intermediate coordinatedin2000and the model of high-quality coordination in the other years. It is indicated that the development leveldifference of land use system and social economy system is smaller, that to say, synchronous level is higher.(3)The coordinated development degree is0.37520,rising to0.87865by2008,The studies also indicated thatthe coordinated development degree show an upward trend year by year and had undergone a transformation fromthe model of maladjustment mildly with socio-economy lags to the model of the good coordination with classland-use lags. land use and social economic coordinated development degree of land use is on the rise, subsystemand social economic system and promote each other, properly. The overall coordination of development is rise.At the same time, the overall level is more and more improve.
