With the rapid development of science and technology, technology alliances rise abruptly in the situation of global economy as a new mode of cooperation and competition, which still has the high failure rate. In order to optimize and integrate resources effectively to promote innovation effects of agricultural equipment industry innovation strategic alliances, the management strategic of innovation alliances to enhance innovation and competitiveness strategy is remarkably urgent to establish.Based on resource theory, transaction cost theory, and industrial value chain theory, this thesis analyzes the motivation and formational reason of Chinese agriculture equipment industry. China's agricultural equipment industry is facing both opportunities and challenges. Technology spillover effects generated by technology innovation and strategic alliances which can enhance the competitiveness and innovation capability of alliance members and the industry is an effective way. Combined mathematical models with the actual development of agricultural equipment and technology, thesis establish the strategic objectives of the alliance for different technical areas divided by the cooperative and competitive relationship with foreign enterprises. With the AHP method to guide the choice of union members to make scientific decisions:the primary factor for choosing members of the alliance should be technical ability, in order to guide to the alliance to make scientific decision. Thesis also analyzes the alliance control mechanisms with Games incomplete information, and emphasis that it should establish cooperation mechanism which can stimulate the weaker members, and get the degree of efforts to get fit with the interests..Moreover, it summarizes the effects of agricultural engineering equipment industry innovation strategy alliance including learning effect, social and aggregation effect, and claims the strategy to enhance the alliance innovation capacity combined with empirical and theoretical approaches for strengthening scientific research and decision-making, and it brings the suggestions of measures and related policy support for the development of agricultural engineering equipment industry competitiveness.
