Empirical Studies On The Integration Of Gansu Seed Industry Chain Under The Pespective Of Industrial Chain Management

The "san nong" questions of social all circles has been the focus of attention from consumption in recent years. One of perspective, as income improvement and Engel's coefficient, consumer to declining agricultural prices attention gradually transferred to produce quality and value-added services, and the impact of foreign quality farm produce domestic agricultural products to more and more intense market competition. We will energetically develop modern agriculture and rural economic development to increase farmers' income, this is real choice to solve the problem. Therefore, from the international advanced agriculture industry chain management experience to our country agriculture industry chain for the integration and management to promote agriculture production, standardization and enhance competitiveness of agricultural products, developing the rural economy and increase farmers' income have important significance.Gansu is one of the west agricultural province, but the natural conditions and economic basis long-term were weak, the agriculture development slowly. With the rise of the operation model of the agricultural industrialization, Gansu also used the regional superiority resources to go characteristic agriculture industrialization operating way promoting economic development and increasing peasants' income, and obtained some achievements. However, due to Gansu current feature agricultural products industry chain system is not perfected and industrial chain link is impeded, so how to integrate Gansu characteristic agricultural industrial chain, raise the values of agricultural products and promote local economic development becomes the important task of deepening agricultural reform, increasing the farmers' income and constructing socialism new countryside. Therefore, this paper chose the seed industry which one of the characteristic agricultural industrial of the Gansu province to survey on the field of Gansu province, analyze the seed industry chain and point out the problems existing in the seed industry chain of Gansu; Through the reliability analysis and structural equation model test, put forward the effective integration of Gansu seed industry chain approach; At last, from industrial chain management perspective put forward countermeasures of seed industry chain integration in Gansu province.In this paper the performance evaluation of enterprise management thoughts and agriculture industry chain management theory for empirical research, in order to guide the practice of seed industry chain development in Gansu province. Performance assessment is the core content of enterprise financial management, and itself is a kind of micro management ideas. This paper will use this thought to apply macroeconomic fields to achieve macro and micro, management and economic organically, and this kind of research on promoting the development of seed industry in Gansu province even the development of characteristic agriculture in Gansu has important realistic significance.
