The Strategy On Upgrading Of Industrial Structure Of Hubei Province During Post-crisis Era

Upgrading of industrial structure does not only reflect a country or a region's economic development situation, but also has an important influence on the direction of economic development. As an important part of central China's raising strategy, Hubei province plays an important part in central China's economic development. During the twelfth five-year-plan, under the background of Post-crisis, the main problem of Hubei province is about the industrial structure, urban and rural structure and regional structure. How to develop a more reasonable industrial structure and realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is of great importance to the development of Hubei province.Based on the Marxist industrial structure theory and related scholars'research on the industrial structure theory, this article firstly explores the factors affect the upgrading of the industrial structure. Secondly, industrial structure in Hubei province is analyzed thoroughly and the existing problems of the Hubei industrial structure is summarized. In the end, the key points of the problems are identified and the solutions are proposed. Contents are organized as below:This issue has six parts: the first part introduces the study of the development of industrial structure, clarifies the significance, the structure and content, and the purpose of this study, and analysis the necessarily of upgrading of the industrial structure during Post-crisis Era. Based on Marxist perspective, the second part defines the industrial structure and studies its theoretical basis. The influence factors of the upgrading of the industrial structure are analyzed in the third part. The fourth part makes an overall analysis of the industry structure in Hubei province, emphasizes on the existing problems of the industry structure. Based on the overall analysis of industrial structure in Hubei province, the fifth part points out the existing problems and analyzes the causes. In order to solve the current problems, the sixth part puts forward the countermeasures for the upgrading of the industrial structure.The main problem lies in Hubei industrial structure is not having enough emphasis on the first industry, the second industry's proportion being too big and the third industry's development being not harmonious. And according to these problems with current situation of economic development of Hubei province, we should enhance the first industry, improve the structure of the secondary industry upgrading and adjustment, speed up the development of the third industry, support and help emerging industries, upgrade the industrial structure and keep the economic development and balance.
