Study On Servic System In High-tech Virtual Industrial Cluster

Recently, along with the rapid development of network information technology, high-tech industry cluster emerged the tendency of virtualization, this entire produced high-tech industry cluster (HTVIC), which makes the advantages of high-tech industry cluster geography centralization mostly realized on virtual space. That is, high-tech enterprise, university, research institution, intermediary organization and government no longer restricted on certain area, but distributed all over the world based on network connection, using network information technology to develop and produce new product cooperatively. Realizing the integration and sharing of the world resources, advantage complementary and using more powerful advantage to integrate and develop the world high-tech industry market.High-tech virtual industrial cluster (HTVIC) is the carrier to realize the industrialization of high technology, promote the development of high technology industry and convert knowledge into productive force. It receives attention of theorists and entrepreneurs as a new model of industry cluster based on the needs of the development of HTVIC, HTVIC public service is formed by the continuous operation of HTVIC and the development of HTVIC member.This dissertation analyzes the demand of high-tech virtual industrial cluster public service from the aspects of common demand, individual demand, and high-tech virtual industrial cluster public service system is designed according to the requirement analysis. This dissertation studies subjects of high-tech virtual industrial cluster public service system from the perspective of equity and efficiency. And combined with the characteristics of participation subjects of high-tech virtual industrial cluster and the demand of the members, this dissertation studies the contents of the high-tech virtual industrial cluster public service. Finally, this dissertation takes the Optics Valley of China as the background and takes Huagong Tech CO., Ltd as the example to present the empirical research on the HTVIC public service system and HTVIC public service information platform. Study of high-tech virtual industrial cluster public service has significance meaning for the acceleration of elevation of the high-tech enterprises core competence as well as the promotion of continued, healthful and stable development of high-tech virtual industrial cluster.
