The labor relation is the important part of productive relations, and also be one of the most important social relations. The harmonious labor relation is the significant footstone of harmonious society. Whether the enterprises’labor relations are harmonious or not, will have the direct impact on the long-term development of enterprises. After the constantly developing in several decades, the labor relation in China has already processed into a new historical stage, under this background, the enterprises’labor relation towards to the direction of harmony constantly. The achievement must be confirmed, but at the same time, we need to realize clearly that there still have some non-perfect factors in enterprises’labor relations. It needs the government, workers, entrepreneurs and labor unions to joint effort, find the problems from the root and solve them completely, settle the existed disharmonious dangers. Constructing the harmonious labor relations in enterprises and making the dream of harmonious society come true.The investigative object of this paper is the construction of China’s enterprises’ labor relation. And followed the principle of "from individual to general", conducted a fundamental state survey on the construction of enterprises’labor relation in Fujian province. Firstly, stated the theoretical basis of constructing enterprises’harmonious labor relation and analysis the relation between harmonious labor relation and the long-term development of enterprises. Secondly, we divided the development of our national labor relation into four stages, analysis the historical background and the features of labor relation in every stage systematically. Thirdly, chose Fujian province as the investigative object, collected the data through field research, questionnaire and expert interviews, outlined the construction condition of the enterprises’labor relation in Fujian province and pointed out the existing main problems. And then, we extracted the restraining factors from government, workers, entrepreneurs and labor union, analysis the construction tendency of the labor relation of Fujian province. Fourthly, referenced to the practical experiences of several western developed countries and obtained the enlightenments to China’s enterprises. At last, we explored the path-choice and specific measures to the harmonious labor relation construction of China’s enterprises.The results showed that:Labor relations in enterprises is harmonious or not directly affect coordinated and sustainable development of the enterprise, thereby affecting the process of building a harmonious socialist society. In practice, China’s enterprises should further establish and improve labor relations in enterprises and restraint mechanisms, the problem of early warning mechanisms and incentives in the process of building a harmonious labor relations, and clear channels of communication between the main labor relations within the enterprise to promote labor relations within the enterprise from individual to collective change. Combined labor contract with the psychological contract to build long-term stable contractual relationships, and extensively form the trade unions to make it play a substantive role in the full use of relevant theory to guide the concrete practice of labor relations.
