This is a 50 year-old medium-sized auto parts business as a backdrop for the old state-owned enterprises have to face the fierce market competition and challenge the status quo.Combined with the characteristics of the automotive industry, The enterprise should make any changes to respond to market competition study, The theme of "how to management for efficiency."In this paper, the idea of lean management, a representative of the corporate shell of differential lean production line management studies, with minimal effort in order to get maximum output. Mainly through the following four areas of research and put into practice, in order to achieve objectives:1.Elimination of waste, the production process by building excellence, in order to reduce costs and generate benefits(1)Optimization of the production line layout, the layout from the previous straight line into a U-shaped layout;(2)Optimization of the production line layout, for a flow improvement, reduce the backlog of parts production line;(3)To pull production management, the procedure the following procedure for the customer;2.Optimization of the scene 6S management, lean production to lay a solid foundation for the site a cleaner, more standardized, more orderly, and improve staff quality, promote conservation;3.Through standardized design, to reduce unnecessary work steps are necessary to operate faster, more secure, more comfortable;4.6Οƒand organic combination of lean management, complement each other, Absorbing the advantages of both modes to achieve better management effectiveness, improve product quality, an increase competitiveness among the enterprises.These four aspects of the study, put on the specific improvement and optimization, and further practice effects, but also insist on a gradual continuous improvement, and ultimately came up with an appropriate management of Chinese enterprises.Promotion of lean management is to eliminate all waste, the implementation of comprehensive management, the right face weakness, in order to best target, persistent effort. For all activities, and continue to promote the continued development of lean management is needed, but also a long-term and systematic project, it requires us to constantly strive to improve and explore.
