The Bank of JiLin is based on two city commercial banks and five urban credit cooperatives, regrouping many small banks into a joint regional joint-stock commercial banks. In recent years, after merger, capital increase, and some strategics was reformed, the Bank of JiLin have been growing rapidly over the past few years,The Bank of JiLin have been growing to a city commercial banks in a number of reform of the"synthesizer"rapidly over the past few years.This paper will focus on the business environment, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation and other aspects, combined with development status of China's city commercial banks and foreign banks in the development of advanced practice. Using SWOT, Boston matrix, PIMS and other analysis tools to provide a reference for the bank of Jilin. In the business environment analysis, this paper give the analysis of china's banking industry overall trend andcity commercial banks overall analysis,financial crisis and China's banking industry overall trend of city commercial banks to make the overall analysis, and analysis the internal resources of bank and the facing markets for the Bank of JiLin to provide a support.This paper argues that the overall strategic vision of Jilin Bank should be: On the basis of the existing resources, management and capacity factor to adjuste operating mechanism constantly, make the banks to adapt the change in today's competitive environment, strengthen the market competitiveness and profitability of the anti-risk capability , enhance their core competitiveness, and make the Bank of Jilin into a capital adequacy, strict internal control, operational stability, good benefits, highlighting the characteristics of modern retail banking commercial bank.In the implementation of the strategy, the bank of Jilin through capital operation strategy to achieve the capital and the scale expansion to develop quickly. Through the market development strategy can increase the market share steadily and improve the influence. Through business development strategy, make the Bank of JiLin based on consolidate and develop traditional banking business, continuous innovation products and services, improving and developing the quility, keep the balance between scale and quality, and further prevent and reduce credit risk, achieve high-quality security, liquidity and efficiency of the combination. On strategic security, this paper proposes Bank of JiLin to optimize the equity structure as a basic, reinforce general meeting of shareholders, board of directors, senior management, the main treatment, thus achieving continuous improvement of corporate governance, implementation of the strategy for the Bank of JiLin provide basic premise reinforce general meeting of shareholders, board of directors, senior management, the main treatment, thus achieving continuous improvement of corporate governance, implementation of the strategy for the Bank of JiLin provide basic premise. In addition, customer-oriented organizational structure is re-born out of city commercial banks, urban credit cooperatives in JiLin Bank must make up homework, including human resources system, marketing system, planning and finance system, a comprehensive risk management, corporate culture and and brand building.Strategic evaluation and improvement is an important part of strategic management. The Bank of JiLin found through this strategic ,there are some advantages, for example, comparing with the historical period, and the same industry, with major competitors the strengths, problems, clear reorientation, develop improvement measures,it also has advantages. The Bank of JiLin strategic evaluation should be an important duty of the board of directors.The Bank of JiLin's reform and development is an important role in JiLin province local financial development. Strategy described in this paper draws on ideas from practice and the successful experience of advanced banks. I was a member of Bank of JiLin, and I experienced the restructuring and some reforms of the bank of JiLin, and I sincerely hope this can benefit the development of the Bank of JiLin.
