In recent years, the nationwide put a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, in particular, the government put a lot of financial resources during carrying out police training model city construction,and implementing police training project. Performance evaluation about" Strengthen Police with Science and Technology " project expenditure is choose a scientific and standard performance evaluation method, according to effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness,taking cost-benefit analysis of fiscal spending as the core, to measure, compare and comprehensive value the cost and the benefits of the police training project expenditure with scientific, objective and impartial. There was a tendency for input during these five years, but output continued to increase, indicating the initial investment capital had a lag, it did not fully play its role and reflected gradually in subsequent years; it also showed that the investment structure gradually became more reasonable, but still needed to optimize the configuration and integrated resources, in order to improve capital efficiency.According to the above analysis, and combined the current situation in our country, we propose some policies and suggestions of strengthen the "Strengthen Police with Science and Technology" project performance evaluation such as setting up professional organization of performance evaluation, improving index system, formulating the uniform standards of evaluation, and standardized the relevant institution.
