Research Group Coordination Model Based On Organizational Processes Of The Enterprise Organizational Skills Emerged

With the development of economic globalization, enterprises in the growing process, the business environment has changed from a relatively stable environment to dynamic and complex environment.Companies are undergoing a qualitative change when they face to dynamic and complex environment, and new competitive era to begin soon. Although the organizational capacity is an important factor in the development of enterprises,but in the new period, the structure of organizational capacity system and its coordination process of internal organizational processes is more studied in depth. This paper based on the research result of CAS theory to build the organizational capacity system. According group theory to research coordination relation between routines and processes. Also with the principle of cellular automata to simulation study. Text consists of three parts.The first part, including articles of chaptersⅠandⅡ,describes the research background, research content and technology route, also to review the relevant theoretical in this paper.First, details CAS theory and summarizes the application of CAS theory in recent years.Second, defined and reviewed the organization ability. Finally, overviewed organizational routines and organizational processes, identified some key elements of this study.The second part, including chapterⅢ, the main content is a conceptual model of organizational capacity system was builted, and based from the system scientific view to analyze the emergence mechanism of organizational capacity system, Which focused on analyzing the organizational capacity system constitutes.The third part, including chapterⅣ,ⅤandⅥ, This is important part of this paper, mainly research and analysis group coordination model of organizational capacity system. First, based on group theory and the concept model of organizational capacity system to bulid group coordination model. Second, use cellular automata theory to simulate and study the group coordination model of organization process based on MATLAB, and make comparative analysis of the results. Finally, ChapterⅥdeals with the overall dissertation and the follow-up research work prospects.
