With the great investment given by foreign enterprises to China and their increasingly focusing on Chinese market, fresh blood is demanded, more than any other time, for the international enterprises. Under such circumstances, the management trainee system has been brought into China, which develops and grows fast. Those who come from the system become the target at the campus recruitment each year. International enterprises provide the management trainee with a great range of programs from competitive salary to professional training content, from rotation mechanism to the opportunity of going abroad to study. The richness of system absorbs increasing number of graduates. Recent years, both international and Chinese enterprises focus on the training elites for their own. It can be seen that most Chinese enterprises start to adopt the management system to train and recruit their new staff. However, with the fact of less experience and the incomplete system of human resources, the gap between international enterprises and Chinese ones can be easily pointed. This paper focuses on the ABInbev as the study object, taking into the reason why world TOP 500 companies pay such attention on the training systems, and in which way they interview, train and examine the trainees.Anheuser-Busch InBev Company (ABInbev as below), as one of the fast consuming companies in the world TOP 500, has made China as the market centre. With the increasingly pumping business, ABInbev has introduced the management trainee system into China. It cannot be neglected that ABInbev Company owns a complete management training system for the working staff. The paper would target at the meaning of the management trainee system through the case analyses.Besides, the paper also describes and analyzes the management trainee system of ABInbev Company via realistic style of writing. According to the specific cases taking place in ABInbev Company, analyze the mechanics and systems of the management trainee of the ABInbev, including mechanics and systems of selection, training, examination, and the mechanics and system of interviewing and regular training. The target of this paper focuses mostly on the direction and the assistance to the development and training for the working staff from enterprises.
