With the development of economy and the concept of medical health in our country,the national demand for health examination service has gradually increased and the health examination industry has developed rapidly.Under the constant fierce competition in the market,private physical examination enterprises are gradually entering the white-hot competition for medical personnel.Among them,recruitment has become the most important work in the human resources department of medical and physical examination institutions.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to deeply study how to improve the recruitment environment and improve the recruitment efficiency of the private physical examination industry.Based on the development opportunities and challenges of domestic medical and physical examination industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in JiaCi Physical Examination Center,puts forward the principles of recruitment and employment on the basis of analyzing the present situation,recruitment status and problems of JiaCi health care personnel,and puts forward four recruitment strategies and methods from the aspects of identifying the reasonable demands for recruitment and setting up high-quality recruitment teams etc.Then,the paper puts forward three specific methods for JiaCi to recruit health care staff: optimizing the recruitment channels of the enterprise,implementing the recruitment strategy both internally and externally and establishing effective recruitment channels.The recruitment process design is the basis for the smooth imp lementation of recruitment,which combs the recruitment process through five aspects,such as determining job vacancies,forecasting the needs of personnel and releasing recruitment information.Finally,the whole recruitment system will be improved from three aspects: job analysis and job description,and the construction of competency quality model of medical and nursing talents.The paper offers valuable reference to the recruitment management of JiaCi Physical Examination Center,and at the same time,it has some positive effect for other domestic center to determine recruitment strategy and method.
