With the development of economic globalization, China's economy will be closely associated with the world economy, and enterprise competition is increasingly fierce. Enterprises have to enhance their core competitiveness, human resources. Human resources have become a booster to promote the development of enterprise health. Management Trainee is an international popular a kind of new form of recruitment and training mode of talents, and obtained the rapid development in China, especially in colleges and universities campus recruitment. In recent years, in order to develop human resources and improve the competitive advantage of enterprises, many domestic enterprises also gradually began to introduce and adopt Management Trainee system. However, due to human resource system of domestic enterprises is not perfect, and Management Trainee's experience is insufficient. Therefore, there are a series of problems in Management Trainee.This paper follows the "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" the train of thought. Management Trainee of ABC company in Shenyang as the breakthrough point, this paper will combine with the current theory knowledge about training Management Trainee, in-depth analysis of the cause of these problems, and targeted puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. This paper adopts the research methods include Case analysis method, the method of literature research and analysis method of combining theory with practice. The purpose of this paper is that by Management Trainee of ABC company in Shenyang as the research object, it is in-depth understanding of the current domestic most companies in common problem of Management Trainee, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. This paper provides valuable reference and advice for the enterprise.The final conclusion for this paper:how enterprise carry out Management Trainee in the future planning and training. First of all, enterprise should know conceptual change opinion of Management Trainee. Secondly, in the formulation and implementation of Management Trainee, the enterprise should from the enterprise itself the demand and systematic training plan; Finally, the enterprise should gradually improve and perfect information communication channels, the incentive mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism and training effect evaluation mechanism, etc. In short, the enterprise should be constantly sum up experience lesson, and improve the related mechanism, in order to improve in the human resources of enterprises, and improve enterprise's core competitiveness and enterprise economic benefits.
