The Research On The Operating Mechanism For Collaborative Commerce Of Supply Chain In Industrial Cluster

With the increasing competition of Global Market, industrial clusters has become an important form of regional economic participating in global competition, and become a major driving force for local economic growth. Industry clusters, only in the supply chain management model, make enterprises and support institutions to cooperatively operate, create synergy effects, finally maximize the advantages of the cluster and enhance the core economy competitiveness. Therefore, the research on supply chain collaborative commerce of industrial cluster has significant practical significance for China's economy continuously and rapidly growing.The paper, firstly, reviewed and commented in detail previous studies on industrial clusters, relationships between industrial cluster and supply chain, supply chain management in industrial clusters and supply chain and collaborative management, and developed the general idea of the study. Secondly, relying on previous theories, deeply analyzed of the internal structure of cluster model, revealed the operation law on supply chain collaborative commerce in industry clusters, and designed the mathematical model and solution methods on supply chains in the clusters selecting members with Simulate Anneal Arithmetic. Subsequently, the paper introduced briefly Structural framework, Coordinated system,key model and assistive technologies on supply chain collaborative commerce practiced in the industrial cluster. Finally, the author, returning to practice, discussed deeply application of collaborative operation mechanism in the engineering machinery industrial cluster in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, especially in the Zoomlion, put forward some enlightenment on how to planning and management industrial clusters in domestic and Hunan Province.
