| Resources,cost,social environment and so on has slowed down domestic textile industry clusters' development.The implementation of supply chain collaborative management is helpful to achieve innovation and development.Firstly,based on the analysis of the existing literature,the research chooses spinning-weaving-after processing integration of collaborative management with center of weaving,building a supply chain integration collaborative network within the cluster and studying influence mechanism.Secondly,the paper chooses Shengze as an example to further explore the supply chain integration collaborative management within the cluster.The textile in Shengze has become industry cluster with the aid of specialized facilities and government's support.In the industry cluster,there are many similar internal spinning-weaving-after processing supply chains.However,marginal development has happened in the textile industry cluster.The output fells and the innovation ability is weak.The industry cluster is faced with the shock of emerging industries,macro environment depression,low value-added products,excess capacity and other challenges.Unreasonable enterprise structure and high cost also lead to some problems such as lack of cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises,block of information transmission and extensive management mode.Based on this,the new idea of the textile industry cluster in Shengze is carrying out supply chain collaborative management.The paper explores the problems of integration between different supply chains when building supply chain collaborative management mode of textile industry in Shengze,as an example of two supply chains.It startes with the cost,for the goal of minimum cost after supply chain collaborative management.The study forms the linear programming with fuzzy parameters and carrys out empirical research.Thirdly,the paper puts forward some correspondent countermeasures and the suggestions. |
