The Research On The International Evolutionary Of Innovation Network In Semiconductor Industry

Innovation is an eternal theme of one nation's development, today's innovation will not be accomplished by a single enterprise, it needs to exchange and cooperate between enterprises and other groups, for example, government, universities, non-governmental organizations and related agencies would collaborate to carry out innovation, thus innovation network is established. Innovation network acts as the platform and foundation of industrial development, academics circles, industry circles and government all attach more importance to it, at the same time, exploring the formation and evolution process of innovation network will provide certain guidance to government to promote innovation and to industry to gain better development, this is why I write this paper.This article aims to explore international evolution mode of innovation network which in different industries environment and policy environment, using multi-case studies method. On the basis of documents analysis, this paper collects case materials——United States, China, Japan and South Korea cases, which as a representative of the endogenous, exogenous and mixed network evolutionary pattern, and the author analyses these cases from multiple perspectives——government intervention, industry platform/industry environment, external force and globalize cooperation, then summarizes the internationalized evolution of different innovation network modes. At the end of the article, the author compares three innovation network international evolution modes from the evolution path, dynamic evolution and evolution effect factors, also analyzes the application conditions.This article takes development experience of different evolution modes for reference, and takes current situation of China semiconductor industry into consideration, then puts forward the following four proposals:One is to establish aircraft carrier group of semiconductor industry; Second is the governments should give full play to macro-control role and foster multinational group company; Third is that our nation should attach importance to personnel training and industry-university-research cooperation, and promote the scientific research commercialization; Four is to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.
