With the coming of information and knowledge-based economy, human resource has become a key factor for the survival and development of the enterprise, recruitment as an essential part of human resources management has played a decisive role in the future development of enterprises. Securities company A as a large comprehensive securities company in the securities industry has a certain influence and leadership, but it still has some problems when they recruit new staff. This article bases on the investigation and research of securities company A recruitment status and summarizes the insufficiency of securities company A recruitment then proposes the countermeasures and suggestions, that can not only improve the effectiveness of recruitment, and also be able to make securities company A more powerful in the competition for talent.Firstly, this article systematically introduces the recruitment management theory, including concepts and procedures and principles, etc, and expounds the importance of recruitment in the human resources management. Secondly, use case study method and combine with the actual situation of the securities company A to research. Through simply analysis the study of the industry which A securities company in and the basic situation of the company A and state the status of human resources in detail and present situation in recruitment of enterprise,then do the SWOT analysis for the working environment, finally find out the problems and the insufficiency of recruitment management.Finally, combine human resources management and related theories which were learned during the MBA, focus on the shortcoming of recruitment, the study proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions including setting recruitment plan, carrying out the work analyze, optimizing the recruitment channels, improving personnel selection process and guiding new staff training.
