National capital market is active,more and more large industrial groups have moved into new areas to make preparation for the listing,TL Company came into being at the historic moment.The disappearing demographic dividend and the serious brain drain of Northeast China are also realistic problems that TL Company cannot escape.Hence,this paper proposes to promote the employer's brand image of TL company.However,the fading of industrial development trend increases competition among enterprises within the industry.In terms of this situation,this paper proposes flexible application of existing recruitment channels to develop new channels.This is only suitable for small and medium companies in human resources management not to be valued and build on the recruitment management system knowledge is not enough,no relatively mature and perfect mode,based on the practice of recruitment management system of TL Company,and carry out optimization for the recruitment of small and medium enterprises play a role of enlightenment.As the first part of the six modules of human resource management module,recruitment management is the foundation of the human resource demand planning,and also the foundation of the other four modules.From the working age population to reduce the proportion of the main force to change the concept of employment after 90,these require managers to realize that the human market has been transformed from a seller's market into a buyer's market.The recruitment system is not perfect cause into the disadvantages of short-term staff loss must be qualified for the recruitment process optimization;single from multiple dimensions to test the post matching degree must be applied force model;lack of employment attraction of enterprises will inevitably need to build employer brand to attract job seekers.In this paper,TL company as the main body of the study,through access to relevant literature and application of competency model.Understanding the basic theoretical knowledge of competency model and research status at home and abroad,laid a solid theoretical foundation for this article.As a human resource business partner of TL Company in BC group,the author grasps the human resource situation of TL Company and the various practical problems in recruitment management,which lays a solid foundation for practice.Based on theories and practice,and through analysis of the company's current internal and external environment and of the current recruitment status as well as the talent inventory of the company,we have founded the competency model and the recruitment evaluation system and have started the employer's corporate branding,so as to standardize the recruitment process and make it more flexible,therefore improving the TL company's recruitment system,helping it meet the enterprise's human resource strategic objectives and providing inexhaustible dynamic force for the company's strategic development.
