Using literature and investigation, the qualitative and quantitative research, and integrating theory with practice analysis method, The article researches marketing strategy of Liao Ning anshan Sunfeng Limited liability company(abbreviation of Anshan Sunfeng), with the aim which is providing a marketing strategy for accomplishing enterprise industry structure adjustment and developing home and abroad market. The main contents include the following respects.The first part states problems existing in Anshan shun feng and studying thought. The second part reviews theory and method of enterprise marketing strategy. The third part analyzes external macro environment, industry medium environment and enterprise microcosmic environment. The fourth part is strategic environment analysis and strategic choice. The fifth part is marketing strategy and the implementation control strategy. And the sixth part is to summarize the research.The paper determines " torsion-growth" two stages overall marketing strategy based on the analysis of the internal and external environment and the ability of Anshan Sunfeng, plans strategic target system, product strategy, price strategy, placing strategy and promotion strategy, and confirm the balanced score card managerial control of strategy implementation.
