The Impact Of Innovation Incubation Network On Collaborative Innovation Of SMEs In Clusters

Competitiveness of industrial clusters of globalization has become an important strategic goal of regional development; it has been great concerned in government and academia. As an economic system, but also a social system, Industry clusters, which is in a particular geographic conditions, connected with organizations and other special features. This kind of organization between SMEs in the cluster makes it easier to form knowledge, information and resources flow and complement each other. When the dynamics of cluster development in the face of competition, how to cultivate and maintain long-term cluster core competitiveness and the innovative advantages. This requires that clusters cooperate and interact with local social incubator network. This paper based on clusters of SMEs, the enterprise network capacity, dynamic capacity development and resource sharing, build collaborative innovation networks.First, the article is based on literature from the incubator, incubator network, cluster innovation theory, innovation network theory, analyzes the relationship of incubators and innovation network, innovation clusters and cluster collaborative innovation. Through comparative analysis, it summarized the concepts and features in innovation networks and collaborative innovation of clusters of SMEs. Secondly, this paper systematically analyzes the relationship between innovation incubator network and cluster collaborative innovation, and build a innovation incubator network-based effects model of collaborative innovation of SMEs. On this basis, this article divide innovation incubator network into two dimensions, explore the impact of innovation and enterprise integration on the two dimensions, and build the corresponding research hypothesis. Through the research and empirical analysis, we get that innovation incubation network for have a positive impact on collaborative innovation of SMEs in clusters, that innovation incubation network can effectively improve network capacity, the dynamic of cluster and integration innovation capabilities of enterprises. Finally, based on research findings, this paper presents relevant policy recommendations. The paper has practical significance of the growth of SMEs and the system coupling, it also provide a reference for further research on collaborative innovation of SMEs in clusters.
