Nowadays, the economic background of globalization requires the managers of China's company to research and establish a clear development strategy, endeavor to explore an effective approach to improve the whole performance and boost the core competition of the company. The notion and methods of performance management has been widely applied into the global practical management since the day it was created., and has become a powerful weapon in companies' management transformation. As a new tool for performance management, balance scorecard can help fulfill the strategic aims and improve the performance management level of companies, thus increase companies'competition and strategic ability of practice.Focusing on the establishment and evaluation of the performance management system of RK company, this thesis first analyses and concludes the research achievements on performance management and balance scorecard of both domestic and foreign countries, attempting to provide theory support for the practical use of balance scorecard in RK company; Then makes an systemic analysis for the current situation of performance management in RK company, classifies the existing problems, and supplies the important meanings and feasibility for RK company toestablish the performance management system based on balance scorecard; Thirdly, designs the balance scorecard on company, department, and staff lever for RK company based on the theory of balance scorecard and the successful implementation of other companies, and forms RK's performance management system based on balance scorecard; Finally, formulates detailed guarantee measures to make sure the successful implementation of performance management system based on balance scorecard.This thesis focuses on the reality of the strategic adjustment of RK company, optimizes and projects RK's present performance management system applying the management method of balance scorecard, establishes the performance management system based on the strategic orientation of balance scorecard, and carry out the strategic aims through finance, clients, internal business procedure, study and growth. It guarantees the accordance between the working points of each level in the company and the corporate strategy. This is the bold practice of RK to change strategy into action, and the performance management system is expected to have certain value of popularization in the industry.
