Older residential real estate market segments in emerging markets, currently involved in the development of senior housing is basically two types of companies, one is a real estate development companies, and the other is the insurance and investment group, P companies belong to the latter. Although real estate development company has extensive experience in real estate development, a larger share of the real estate market, but also a lack of senior housing development and management experience, which for the insurance and investment companies provided a new opportunity. Insurance Investment Group's real estate projects in other commonly used equity and debt investment approach, the basic substance is not involved in the development. Therefore, when P companies involved in senior housing development, whether the adopted model is a very important issue. Based on this, the subject of this paper is to study the P in the field of senior housing development model, which for P's future business expansion and development of great practical significance.
