The Study On Problem Of Country Economy Development Of Shaanxi

Country economy is the basic element of national economy, which is a kind of regionalized area economy. Since the revolution and opening-up, our economic system changed from planned economy to market economy, resulting in the system's change from resources and price etc. being decided by government to being leaded by market mechanism. Our country is a big traditional agriculture country, basing on the regional economy. With the revolution of economic system, the development of regional economy is not only the critical issue government needed to deal with properly and appropriately but the important question drawn much attention from academic field.This paper, combined the practical development situation of Shaanxi regional economy, researched the general rules and unique features of Shaanxi regional economy, and hackled the advantages and shortcomings in its development process and the reasons where they came from. Beginning with figuring out the Shaanxi regional economy, concluded the fundamentals and main features. The main features:First, fast regional economy rise in Shaanxi; Second, quick pace of industrialization; Third, gradually growing level of urbanization; Fourth, the improvement of citizen's living standard in regional economy area. And the main characteristics:progressively improve of the policy environment; characteristic economy and competitive industries playing the main force role; driving regional economy's development relying on competitive industries; paying more attention to the livelihood projects prominent the terminal goal of regional economy.This paper reached a conclusion that regional economy development in Shaanxi still laid on a low level in economic aggregate; development imbalance, monotonous industrial structures; low proportion urbanization and so on through the analysis of statistical analysis method, coordinate development and theoretical analysis of equilibrium development theory. According to these living problems, this paper put forward several basic opinions of regional economy development in Shaanxi. They were, namely, persisting scientific thought of development, transforming the function of government, relying on the superiors resources of regional area, improving non-public sectors of the economy, pursuing the approach of character economy, putting much on science education and promoting the level of regional resident's quality which had provided great human and technique support for regional economy, and only based on which regional economy could gain reliable guarantee.
