In recent years, the employment problem becomes increasingly prominent with the rapid economic growth of China, which will affect the healthy development of the economy. Employment is the basis of economic development and the "barometer" of the Economic operation situation. The workers from all walks made great contributions to the growth of the economy and increase of social wealth. In the post Financial Crisis Era, the international economic environment is much more complex and it constantly brings much more new challenges to the employment, which will make the employment situation more complicated.How to improve the work skills of the vulnerable groups and ensure the full employment becomes relatively important considering the increase of the staff cost and the pressure of the economic crisis. At the same time, the dislocation and mismatch of the employment situation is more and more serious because of the rising costs of enterprises and survival pressure of labor-intensive enterprise.Therefore, making the employment way smooth, eliminating the dislocation and mismatch of the employment situation and optimizing the employment site through the construction of informatization technology and platform will be a very meaningful topic.In this paper, I get the conclusion that the root cause of the insufficient effective demand of the current training market is the lack of "effective supply" of the market based on the theory of human capital, labor force shift theory, supply and demand equilibrium theory and so on.The main training institutions for employment without resume in China at present include government training institutions, vocational schools, corporate training departments and all kinds of private training institutions and so on. However, the operating mechanisms, management mode, input mechanism of these institutions all have their own problems.One of the solutions for these problems is using employment training integrated management system and optimizing the system constantly.This paper gets the following conclusions by analyzing the optimized employment training integrated management system:this system can be a very good solution to solve the current employment training system efficiency. At the same time, this system will greatly solve the problem of the optimization and configuration in the process of labor transfer through large-scale popularization and the subsequent development.
