Research On Guizhou Secondary Vocational School MICE Talents Training

As a new form of economic industry, the status of MICE industry whichis in the third industry gets growth rapidly. Based on the Chinese CCPIT data,in the next5～15years, MICE industry will maintain an annual output valuewith the15%～20%growth rate. Considering the size and the number of domesticMICE activities, China is in the first rank around the worldWith the rapid development of Guizhou Province, it provides the goodeconomic foundation and the good social environment for the development ofMICE industry. Rapid development of MICE industry in Guizhou, it’s alsoplaying strong role in promoting the provincial economic and society,optimizing the industrial structure, changing the mode of economicdevelopment and promoting the ecological civilization construction of thecity. But the rapid development of the MICE industry is facing the severesituation of shortage of talent and professional quality.In Guizhou, there are less Universities and Collages setting up MICE Majorand paying more attention to training students theoretical knowledge of MICE,be lack of practical skills training. In the social training market, the mostof the training institutions are just only pay attention to obtain therelevant certificate of MICE, not for the actual systemic training forstudents. The domestic researches are limited on it.Through the widely investigation and study，the writer contacted withthe MICE industry experts, teachers and students. Meanwhile, taking thedevelopment of Guizhou G Secondary Vocational School’s MICE Major as acase, the writer is trying to find a suitable way for Guizhou MICE talentstraining.
