30 years of reform and opening up, the construction industry in China's economic and social development played an important role in the process, it involves the development of the national economy in many industries, especially in our country in recent 10 years, rapid economic development and the variety of consumers demand under the background of increasing, the construction project is gradually complicated, large change direction to develop, developers in order to reduce the cost, shorten time limit for a project, simplify the process, gradually the construction project procurement business and give the general contractor for the unified management, so the general contractor to ensure profitability, improve their management capacity, to avoid the purchase link appears all sorts of adverse risk.The United States of America CII through funds for construction projects, technology, quality, safety and profit targets and other aspects of extensive investigation concluded, if can effectively carry out the project procurement management, project cost will be reduced more than 30%. Foreign experience makes clear, to purchasing management of construction enterprises, project total cost can be reduced to 10%-15% production cycle, the satisfaction of owners will also be greatly improved. This paper mainly introduces the construction project procurement management, construction project risk management and project management in construction of the basic theory, summarizes the construction project management in the development process, on the basis of construction project risk management system, design construction project risk management process. And through the analysis of the system of JSYJ company's procurement business characteristic, in the project development process of procurement risk factors, identification of the external and internal factors, and these factors caused by various crisis, according to JSYJ company's procurement assessment index system design. Finally, the establishment of JSYJ company project procurement risk monitoring system, design risk preventive measures and emergency treatment mechanism, for the prevention of the construction project procurement risk occurrence provide solutions framework.The purpose of this paper is to through to the JSYJ Corporation purchasing risk factors analysis, to explore the root causes, to find ways of its solution, establish the corresponding how to scientifically, effectively solve the JSYJ company in project procurement risk to try.
