Research On Port Logistics Center Of JiangXi Province

With the acceleration of global economic integration, the international logistics market competition will be increasing. The port, the main ring of a global logistics system, plays an extremely important role in the international logistics. After joining the WTO, how to improve the overall economy of JiangXi province in international competitiveness, especially port city's international economy competitiveness, has become the problem which the port authorities need thinking.Development of port logistics can speed up the economy development of port area. What's more, through the construction of port logistics center, it can improve the competitiveness of the port at home and abroad, and promote regional export-oriented economic development.Therefore, in JiangXi province, the construction of port logistics center can promote international logistics development, furthermore, promote industry the adjustment of economic structure and the improvement of overall economic strength, realizing the JiangXi economic rapid rise in the central area. Firstly, this paper states the concept, the characteristic and the function of the port logistics center, and analyzed the influence factors and the content of port logistics center's construction. Secondly, this paper analyzes the necessity and conditions of the construction of port logistics center in JiangXi province, which from the present situation about the each port and logistics agency. Then through the model predict the port logistics demand, which demonstrate the necessity of constructing the port logistics center.At the last part of the paper, we analyzed the strategic positioning of port logistics center and its layout of the JiangXi province, and we get the conclusion that NanChang should get priority of constructing the port logistics center. Then according to discussing the advantages and the problems of port logistics center in NanChang, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of construction of port logistics center and its policy guarantee.
