The Research On The Humanistic Basis On Sustainable Development Of The Resource-based Cities In The Northeast China

Since the 20th century, with excessive consumption of resources, environmental pollution, ecological destruction and regional disparities caused by the rapid industrialization becoming increasingly significant, Sustainable Development has become one of the most important areas as the inevitable road of development of the Resource-based Cities. This paper describes the development process of Sustainable Development of the domestic and international Resource-based Cities. On this basis, the paper researches the Humanistic Basis on Sustainable Development of the Resource-based Cities in the Northeast China and further explores its related issues.This paper includes the following four components:The first part introduces its research background and significance, summarizes the present situation of Sustainable Development of domestic and foreign Resource-based cities and proposes the main content and technical routes.The second part describes the basic content and related theories of the Humanistic Basis on Sustainable Development of the Resource-based Cities. This part explains the concept of Humanistic Basis, the definition and characteristics of Resource-based Cities, the content of Sustainable Development of the Resource-based Cites and proposes man-earth areal system theory. This part also discusses the problems of these cities and urban poverty.The third part systematically analyses the research object, the Humanistic Basis on Sustainable Development of the Resource-based Cities in the Northeast China, including population and human resources, social economy, potential risks, real crisis, the crisis mechanism advance of science and technology.The fourth part synthetically analyses the Humanistic Basis division on Sustainable Development of the Resource-based Cities in the Northeast China and explores strategy on how to strengthen the Humanistic Basis from the institutional mechanisms, social economy, education and innovation.
