In today's China, C2C network shopping in the main power of the network shopping, it owning more and more market and consumer groups. As the number of users and trading commodities'growing up, the rage of the trading commodities becoming wider, C2C will become a increasingly important part of China's e-commerce and Internet life. As the C2C network shopping becoming increasingly and popularization, the whole industry pay growing attention to it. Regarding the network marketing, there is a group of scholars has been related researching, also formed the system of the theory. However, there are really liitle related research about the development of shopping C2C website with dynamic and current form on the network marketing launch. Shopping in C2C network become the mainstream of the Internet shopping style for today, the network sale strategy research, this is also an valueable research and a new breakthrough point. But now to this research has not been a system and the comparison is messy, for how to take the characteristics of network C2C into network marketing strategies in the general operation and details is still of in-depth research, levels of study also just stay in plain level,This subject adopts literatures, comparative analysis, case analysis and sum-up method for research. Through consulting related journal newspaper, the library professional books, electronic database periodical literature and the data resources with C2C website for specific situation, and sums up the related literature determined C2C network shopping network advertising expression in form and function the research direction. This research mainly based on some second-hand material and literature analysis, but also take some C2C websites on advertising to gain some valuable skill data and material. The second half of the paper fully application case analysis, the author collected in C2C website of marketing cases, the case again clean, classification, contrast and analysis, this paper summarizes some regularity and experience, for further practice activities provided certain guidance.
